MIDI keyboard with grand piano touch for realistic feel of software piano instruments. The latest wooden keyboard is the culmination of know-how accumulated over many years of developing and manufacturing acoustic, electronic, and stage pianos. The wooden keyboard is encased in a beautiful black case reminiscent of a grand piano. The VPC1 is not just an interface device for music production, but a MIDI keyboard that allows you to express your sensibilities as a real musical instrument.

The RM3 Grand II wooden keyboard delivers a realistic touch that has never been experienced on a MIDI keyboard. The VPC1 can be bus-powered by simply connecting it to a computer with a USB cable, and the MIDI terminal also functions as a MIDI interface. Includes the same three pedals as a grand piano.

The pedals are designed to bring out the full potential of the software piano instrument. Built-in "Touch Curve for Piano Instrument" created in collaboration between Kawai and famous software piano instrument makers. Using the VPC Editor software, you can edit the touch curve, adjust the velocity of each of the 88 keys, and configure MIDI routing and other settings. There are no knobs or wheels on the VPC1.
